Hanna's Anatomy.
Driving in the car to preschool this morning, Hanna says, "Mom, did you know there is BLOOD in your eyes?" I had no clue how to answer so I did the Mom thing.. "Is that so?" She replies, "Yes. When you close your eyes, it's red, that's how there is blood in it, because blood is red and you can see it through your eyelids when they are closed."
Stop. Pick up jaw from the floor. Resume driving.
Hanna's Recipe for a picnic lunch.
Slice an apple into several slices that are each a couple millimeters thick. Slather two slices of bread with peanut butter. Layer the thin slices on the peanut butter and slap that bad boy together.
Seriously. I've had banana and peanut butter sandwiches, and I've had apples dipped in peanut butter. Why didn't I think of putting the apples in the sandwich?
