Today, I think I will go to the store, and buy some chocolate. Because I NEED it. Today, I NEED a little bit of chocolate. Like REAL chocolate. Like the kind that soothes an achy throat and sends endorphins coursing through your blood to perk you up. The rich, dark kind of chocolate that is full of anti-oxidants and is good for your skin, your heart, your mind... :-)
these pix were taken at the Ethel M's chocolate factory I visited when in Vegas. When I was little, we used to go there for home-schooling field trips. My love for chocolate was literally nurtured via my childhood education. :-)
We used to go to the Marshmallow factory, but I believe that one blew up - and besides... marshmallows don't even come close to the medicinal effect chocolate has on me. 0:-)
